* Aloha! Welcome to our beachfront home with a unique design! * Enjoy incredible ocean views, a spacious lanai, a full kitchen, and modern amenities. Sip your morning coffee while watching the ocean, sailboats, surfers, or even whales. You can also watch fireworks directly from the lanai every Friday! The condo is right on Waikiki Beach. Just a short walk to the beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and more. Hawaii is our happy place. I hope it can bring you some happiness too. :-) The space * Key Features * 1. Oceanview. Enjoy a full wall of windows that directly faces the ocean, lagoon, and Waikiki beach. 2. Spacious lanai. There is a large balcony facing the ocean where you can relax on outdoor furniture and enjoy the ocean waves. 3. Comfy beds. You'll have a king bed with a very comfortable mattress (trust me!) and second queen sofa bed if you're sharing the room. 4. Full kitchen. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pans, plates, and wine glasses. Make yourself at home! 5. Upscale design. Wood floors with modern furnitures and finishes. 6. Big bathroom. Huge sink and high pressure rain shower. Get ready in style! 7. 65" smart TV. Cast Netflix or any other streaming services directly from your phone or computer. 8. Pools. There are 2 swimming pools in the building. 9. Valet parking. If you bring a car and don't want to bother with street parking, there is valet parking available in the building for $35 per day. Guest access * Car & Parking * 1. If you need a car, you can rent mine through Turo. Parking inside the building is included with the car rental. You can book the car for a partial of your stay, but I do have a 2-day minimum. The daily price is around $100, subject to seasonality. Parking inside the building is $45 per day, so my car rental is equivalent to $55 per day. Available first come, first serve. Before your Airbnb booking is confirmed, Airbnb DOES NOT allow me to send you a link to book the car. AFTER you book my Airbnb, you will receive a link to book my car separately. 2. You can also rent a car at other car rental places. Parking is $45 per day inside the building. Sorry that the building does not assign parking spots to owners otherwise I'd have offered free parking. I am able to offer free parking for my car because I bought a long-term parking spot. Other things to note * House Rules * Just a reminder that our house rules are NO PARTY and NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere, including the building, room, and balcony. We enforce a fine plus any damage caused if there is any smoke smell or party discovered.
