Short drive to Sagamore Bridge & the canal with its great walking and biking path. Enjoy morning coffee & meals on the covered patio. The space Clean and Comfortable! Updated Kitchen with new oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Clean bedrooms, full bathroom with tub/shower combination and contemporary living room. The finished basement has a family area and laundry room with half bath, also a twin daybed with trundle pullout. Basement also includes air hockey and foosball tables and smart tv with electric fireplace. We take every precaution possible to keep our property safe and germ and virus free. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the property between guests by wiping surfaces down with antiseptic/antibacterial cleaners and washing all linens and towels. There are no other people on the property. We have a key lockbox for self check in. Guest access Entire cottage available to guests. Main floor with updated kitchen, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and toddler bed, full bathroom, living room with tv and fireplace. Finished basement with laundry/half bath, family area with fireplace, tv, desk area, beverage fridge, table with 2 chairs and a twin daybed with trundle pullout. Foosball and air hockey tables. Outdoor shed has beach chairs, coolers and beach supplies. Other things to note Please be specific in your number of guests; how many adults and/or children. This helps us provide the best guest experience for you. We make up all beds with clean linens and can make up the toddler bed if requested. Please let us know in your reservation if you would like this added to the twin guest room. You can request a pirate theme or a fish and whale theme for the toddler bed. Our goal is to provide quality short term getaways/vacations for visitors in the area. We do not accommodate long term stays over 2 weeks.
