In season between December and April, whale watching with pride is an experience to remember. A secluded sandy beach we call Champagne Beach is just steps away. Green sea turtles frequent the scenic beachheads fronting the building. This peaceful one-bedroom apartment includes a full kitchen, a separate bedroom with a King size bed, sofabed in the living room, and bathroom with a tub-style shower. There are ceiling fans in the living room as well as in the bedroom provide air movement in addition to the flowing cross-breezes that waft through the condo. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, flatware, cookware. Dining area with seating for three, plus a seating area on the lanai to enjoy outdoor dining as well. Washing machines and Dryers are located in the building. Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in a laundry room on the ground floor of the building. A set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided as well as a starter supply of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. On the ground level of the building below the condo there is a laundry room with several coin-operated washing machines and dryers. This condominium is a non-smoking unit. Please, no smoking inside the condo, on the lanai, or in public areas of the condominium complex. Another important thing to note is that applying or wearing sunblock or suntan lotions or bronzers or other colorants or bleaches inside the condo or on the lanai is not allowed, as these chemicals tend to stain furniture, sheets, or towels, and creates a film on glass. Guests may be charged for the cost of replacing sheets or towels or furnishings that become stained or bleached due to the wearing or spraying of any such chemicals inside the condo or on the lanai.
