Guest suite in Helena

Three room suite with private bathroom. King sized bed in bedroom, fold out couch in the private living/TV room. Access to a sunroom, deck, BBQ and shared kitchen. Mountain trails across the street. Great views. Ample parking in driveway. Washer and Dryer available. Quiet neighborhood. Literally 5 minute drive to to the capital building and 5 minute drive to St. Peter's Hospital and downtown. Owner lives onsite. The space The private suite includes a short hallway between the three rooms. The bedroom with guest closet and dresser space, a reading light and room darkening shades. The guest living/TV room has a fold out couch that makes a double bed. The TV is not connected to cable channels and streams from most major platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. The internet is good. A table and office chair for work space are available upon request. A Keurig coffee maker is located in the guest space. A small refrigerator can be provided in the guest space upon request. Sliding glass doors lead to a cheerful sunroom (unheated in winter) and to the deck and backyard. There is a full bathroom with guest drawer space, a tub and shower. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a door between the guest suite and the host living area. The kitchen is shared with the host. Guest access Guests park in the large driveway which is plowed in the winter. In winter months guests enter the listing through a ground floor door and come up one flight of stairs to the suite on the main floor. In summer, guests have a private entrance via the deck at the back of the house. The 3 rooms in the suite are entirely guest space and include a door between the host space and the suite. The kitchen, deck and yard and driveway are shared spaces. During your stay I'm happy to provide information about Montana and the Helena area. I'm always available to answer questions. There is a door between the suite and the shared space of the house so guest privacy is a priority. Other things to note Guests are welcome to share the host's main floor living room. The host's rooms are on the top floor of the house and are private.
