Simple studio apartment w/ kitchen, in-unit laundry, direct access parking, full bathroom, queen bed, couch, tv w/ fire stick, high speed internet, A/C, big windows facing back yard, and more. The space is ideal for 1-2 people but we can offer a blow up mattress for a child upon request. Our home is on a quiet side street but only one block from Massachusetts Ave with many restaurants and shops just around the corner. 10-15 minute walk to both Harvard and Porter Squares and Red line T stops. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2 family townhouse. The 2 units share a front door that leads to an entryway with a door to the left for Unit 1 (AIRBNB) and a door to the right for Unit 2, where our family lives. Unit 1 is a clean space with big bright windows and everything you would need for a comfortable short or long term stay. We are a registered short term rental (STR) with the city of Cambridge STR-52032. Other things to note As described above, this is a 2 family residence so please be aware that there can occasionally be some impact noise during the day. We always do our best to be as respectful as possible with two young children. You can expect a quiet and peaceful environment at night. Registration details STR-52032
