We love our home and North Shore living. We are excited to share it with you. My family and I live on the property. We are available to help you have a wonderful stay. This property does 30-day rentals. Guests do not have to stay all 30 days, but they must rent for 30 days. This property only accepts one booking per 30-day period. The minimum number of days required to secure a 30-day rental is determined by the booking value of your requested dates. If a full 30-day hold is not available, we will not be able to rent the home and will notify you as such. The 30-day block will be determined by the host based on your requested dates.
