Living room has pull out sofa, recliner and two comfy chairs, television with Amazon Firestick and Antenna Television. Bar area has fridge, microwave, Bun coffeemaker and instant hot water pot as well as misc. dishes. PLEASE NOTE-There is not a full kitchen rather a bar area where you have access to a microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker and space for preparing food! There is also an air mattress provided for extra sleeping arrangements Very comfortable on summer nights with central air conditioning and heat for chilly nights. Host controlled AC and heat but will adjust if needed. Extra fans, linens and blankets provided for your comfort as well Guest access Private entrance and vehicle/boat parking and plug in available. Boat parking is available curbside in front of the house. This is a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Other things to note Parking is available For three vehicles without trailers and two with trailer. The driveway is always available to guests and then there is parking on the street in front for two vehicles without trailer or one with a trailer.
