Green Gables (2nd Floor): Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You'll love this cozy home away from home. This beautiful, 100+ year-old vacation home has been fully updated and lovingly maintained. You will be right in the heart of this charming Iowa town, with easy access to shopping, the Cedar River, and gorgeous natural surroundings. The space The master suite has a plush, pillow-topped, king sized bed sporting a handmade quilt with appliqued hearts and antique buttons, comfortable spacious closet, and a TV/DVD/VCR. The second bedroom has two twin beds decorated with handmade quilts. While the first and second floors of the house may be rented separately, the two bedrooms on the second floor can only be rented to one party, for privacy. The spacious second-floor bathroom has a pedestal sink, and a large heart-shaped, corner whirlpool tub for two with a handheld shower sprayer. The whirlpool is trimmed with granite, with a black and white tiled floor. While there is no formal kitchen on this floor, it does have a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Other things to note 5 -10 minute walk to the Cedar River, fishing, open golf course, Canoeing/Kayaking, and more
