Although this is a secluded little area, Walmart, Supermarkets, Fast Foods, Small pizza places, etc. are only 2 to 3 miles away. Hospital is about 10 minutes away. Police station and fire fighters stations are 1 to 2 minutes away. Water police are in constant patrol . You don't need a fishing license if you are fishing from your dock.
