Aloha and welcome to our spacious and beautifully renovated North Shore Turtle Bay Resort 2 Bedroom condo that includes an additional 3rd loft room + 2 bathrooms. Directly outside the living room is a large manicured grassy lawn and the Fazio Golf Course. This gated condo is a short walk to the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay and all of its amenities, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, and a beautiful white sandy beach. Swimming pool and tennis courts on site! Welcome home to paradise! The space The two bedrooms both have large King beds, and the loft room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed (as bunk beds). In the living room, there is a sectional couch that can be slept on and Queen air mattress available. The bathrooms have recently been remodeled. The first bathroom located on the first floor includes a brand new bath tub with new tiling surrounding it. The second bathroom located in the primary bedroom has a newly tiled shower. The condo comes equipped with two brand new split ac units, plus the window ac units in each bedroom. This condo is located in the most ideal location at Kuilima Estates, the “Gold Coast”, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and walk to fine dining at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort. Guest access Enjoy three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickle ball all close by within the Kuilima West Estates. As a guest at Kuilima Estates West, you’ll have full access to three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, all within a short walk from the condo. While the condo is located within the Turtle Bay Resort complex, please note that our guests do not have access to the hotel pools. However, you are welcome to enjoy the resort’s public amenities, including drinks and dinner at any of the amazing restaurants in the area, and indulging in fitness classes and other activities around the resort area such as surf lessons, horseback riding, hiking, golf, tennis, and spa services (for additional fees through the Ritz Carlton). • Free on-site parking for two vehicles (one dedicated spot and one guest pass). • Gated community with 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Other things to note The condo is within the Turtle Bay Resort complex, but is not affiliated with the Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay resort, therefore you would not have access to the Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay hotel pools. You are able to dine and drink at the hotel, as well as access their fitness classes and gym for a fee. All beaches in Hawaii are public, and the Turtle Bay beach is accessible to all. Free parking is included with a dedicated parking space, plus space for 1 guest parking spot. The condo provides two parking passes for use during your stay. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. • Beach gear available: chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and more • Washer and dryer in the unit with complimentary laundry supplies provided. • We also provide basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) • No smoking or pets allowed.
