We are thrilled to accommodate your furry companions, but to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for all guests, we have implemented the following pet policy: Pet Fee Structure • A $150 pet fee applies for the first pet. • An additional $100 fee per pet applies for each additional pet. Pet Policy Guidelines 1. Pet Approval: Guests must disclose the number and type of pets in their reservation request. Only approved pets are allowed on the property. 2. Pet Size & Type: Dogs and cats are welcome. Other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. 3. Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and free from aggressive tendencies. Any damage caused by pets will result in additional charges. 4. Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended on the property unless crated or otherwise securely confined. 5. Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside the property. Waste bags must be disposed of in designated trash bins. 6. Furniture & Beds: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. 7. Noise: Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. 8. Fleas & Ticks: Pets must be free of fleas and ticks. Any infestations discovered during or after the stay will result in additional cleaning fees. Additional Notes • Failure to disclose pets prior to arrival will result in a $300 violation fee in addition to the standard pet fees. • Guests are liable for any damages caused by their pets and will be charged accordingly.
