The condo is newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, new memory foam top queen bed, and new living room area to relax in and watch your fav. flick on the large smart TV and fast WiFi! This is a large studio condo on the 7th floor with large windows and a beautiful view of downtown Honolulu. We had a great designing the space and have created a fun "Tropical BoHo" theme that will make you happy every time you walk in the door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Keurig coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, microwave, air fry/toaster oven and even a dishwasher. There is counter seating as well as a dining table that extends to 4 seats if you have guests. The open space living is quaint and inviting. The living room space has a new couch and chair with ottoman. A perfect place to put your feet up after a long day of working or touring around. The bed is queen size and has a 3" memory foam topper making it so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed... with great pillows too. There is a desk and chair to comfortably work remoetly. Enjoy your fav. channels on the smart TV that can be watched from any part of the condo (not the restroom). The restroom has a large stand up shower with two shower heads and plenty of extra towels. There is a closet with shelving for your cloths as well as drawers built into the bed frame. We have all the cleaning tools you need during your monthly stay including a cordless vacuum. The building has a nice salt water heated pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. There is a large laundry room with many machines that are all new and work great. Only $2.75 a full load. There is 24 hr security, and cameras in the lobby of the building and outside. (no cameras in the condo). They are always happy to help. One parking spot is included as well as cable TV & fast WiFi! There are great restaurants and entertainment walking distance from the building as well as Ross and Walmart just around the corner. It's newly renovated and ready for you to call home! As a guests you will have the entire condo to yourself as well as access to the buildings pool and hot tub. One parking space is included. A quick 10 min. drive to Ala Moana Beach Park and walking distance to some of the best restaurants this island has to offer. For traveling nurses, it's a 20 min walk to Straub. There is a bus stop outside of the building and is easy to take to most destinations on island. A few things to note: 1. The windows do not open but they have vents at the bottom that open up allowing in fresh air. The AC is new and powerful. 2. There is a large Toaster oven/air fryer and cook top, no full size oven 3. I'm sorry we can not accept pets or service animals. The building co-host has bad allergies and the building doesn't allow pets. Thank you for understanding. 4. For longer stays we ask that you clean the unit during your stay to avoid extra cleaning charges at move out. It helps us keep the condo in great condition and our cleaning fees low. Everything you need to clean is in the condo. We also offer mid-stay cleaning at an additional charge if you're interested. 5. One parking stall is included but the space is not assigned. You can park in any unassigned space. It's covered parking and attached to the building. 6. Our pricing is not negotiable.
