Depending on traffic, the commute will take anywhere from about 25 minutes to an hour to get to the heart of NY, Time Square (depending on the time of day). On the ride nearby, you will be able to appreciate the breathtaking New York skyline from the Jersey side. They say the best views of NYC are from NJ and they couldn't be more right. The space You may use this address to help you plan ahead and make a decision when booking :) it is very close to the actual location of the Airbnb: 9201 Bergen Boulevard, North Bergen, NJ 07047 - Very modern with a lot of white and a lot of lighting. Art fills the walls which gives this place all of its soul and colorfulness. This apartment is totally independent and not shared with anyone. Their are a total of 2 condos in the building. This Airbnb unit is on the second floor. Also, our parking spot is directly in front of the house for residents only (1 dedicated parking spot). If you have additional vehicles, you will need to pay $5 per night for street parking. No outside guests permitted. The living room is very spacious and has 2 sofas and a perfectly sized Smart TV right in front. Our kitchen is fully stocked with most basic cookware, pots, and pans. We also have a coffee maker as we do provide coffee during your stay (regular and decaff). You will find a Brita water filter pitcher in the refrigerator as well. We love the "pay it forward" mentality, therefore some of our guests sometimes leave things behind. Whether it's something as simple as honey or even delicious brownie mix; it's available for your pleasure and please feel free to use it. Our smart TVs also have many “Live TV” applications readily available (Pluto TV, Roku TV, etc.) to watch or to sign in if you have your accounts. Please refrain from signing out of any of the accounts we provide as listed above. There are 2 cameras on the property. One is located in front of the driveway and the other is above the front door of the building for security purposes only. Footage may be provided to Airbnb if needed for the Resolution Center. Outside the condo there’s about 13 steps to get to the main door. Once inside, you will have to go up another 13 steps to get to the condo which is located on the second floor.
