Clean spacious home. On 1 floor, Bray Stay has a full kitchen w/ dining, living room, cozy den, dedicated workspace, screened in porch. Outdoor space includes a big yard, patio and grill. Two bedrooms for guests, 1st with a King size bed & en suite full bath, the 2nd with a queen size bed. WIFI/Netfix/coffee. The space There is a second 1/2 bath with laundry across the hall from 2nd Bedroom. Future plans include adding a second shower, but currently the master shower is shared. The house is large enough to accommodate air mattresses for additional sleeping capacity. If your group exceeds 4 people or requires more than 2 beds please inquire and we may be able to accommodate for additional fee. Guest access The whole house will be available to guests with the exceptions of a 3rd bedroom, the basement, garage and several closets. Other things to note This house is not just a rental but our primary residence and is also home to a dog and a cat. Pets will not be home when booked. Home is well cleaned, but please be aware if you have pet allergies! We make every effort to eliminate pet hair but if you see random hairs Annie (woof) and Henry (meow) sincerely apologize. And Henry is especially sorry for any scratches on things! Well behaved dogs that will not be left unattended will be considered for per pet additional fee (MAX 2). Be aware that during snow storms, snow removal will occur after any major storm has passed. A shovel and sand/salt will also be available.
