The positioning of the house provides a very private feeling when one enjoys the spacious golf course from the back yard. It is like living in a park bounded on by He’eia Bay, the west by the Pacific Ocean, and it is next to the Kona Country Club Ocean golf course. The house is right at He’eia Bay, and is next to Keauhou bay. The beach access across the street leads to beautiful He'eia Bay. Historic Keauhou Bay and fair wind cruise ship are about a 5-minute walk. 10 minutes walk south to Sheraton Kona Resort, Rays on the Bay, Haleo Lu’au, etc 5-star restaurants and hotels/resorts. 10 minutes walk north to Keauhou shopping center with stores, restaurants, movies, and a farmer’s market etc. 15 minutes walk along the ocean to Kahaluu beach park (also called black sand beach or turtle beach).
