Whether you’re a tourist visiting Boston for the weekend, a traveling nurse in search of a medium-term stay, or a pilot/flight attendant needing overnight accommodations, this completely renovated and professionally cleaned AirBnB is perfect for you! Finding living accommodations is tough; finding a reliable and responsive host is even tougher. Not only is this unit well equipped with almost everything you may need, but I will do my best to ensure your stay is the most comfortable. The space Located in northeast Revere, my mid-century modern studio w/ one bath studio is in close proximity to: (by car) Boston Logan International Airport - 10 minutes Revere Beach - a few minutes (20 minute walk) Downtown Boston - 15 minutes Encore Casino - 20 minutes Salem - 30 minutes Additionally, should you need to use public transit, the bus stop is a quick 5-minute walk from the property, which is then just a 10-minute ride to the T! (that’s Bostonian for train station) Are you planning on staying more than a few days? You are near a TON of great restaurants. From high end steakhouses and seafood restaurants on Revere Beach, to more casual vibes at a Peruvian restaurant (a personal favorite) on Broadway, the options are endless! If you aren’t in the mood to go to a sit-down restaurant or ordering takeout, no worries - I’ve got you covered. There’s a large grocery store just 2 minutes up the road and the unit is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric cooktop, air fryer, microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, pots and pans, and all of the cooking utensils you need! The ~300 sq. ft. unit is furnished with a nice flat-screen TV where you'll be able to enjoy Hulu, Netflix and more. Enjoy your night of rest and relaxation on a sofa and comfortable queen size bed with provided extra blankets and pillows. In terms of amenities, I’ve got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: beach chairs/towels, handheld steamer, coffee, blow dryer, extra towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and more. Guest access There is plenty of free street parking. A visitor’s pass will be provided to avoid those overnight tickets! This visitor’s pass, however, must be returned before the end of your stay otherwise there will be a $300 fee. To enter the suite you will be provided with a personalized 4 digit code to access the unit. Other things to note The unit is attached to the main home with two other units and is located towards the back of the property with its own private entrance. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the property is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
