The homeowner, with an eye for detail, has added thoughtful touches throughout—from the cozy bedrooms and living area to the kitchen, dining space, and even the bathroom. Check-in is easy and flexible with self-check-in via keypad, so you can arrive at your convenience. There’s a driveway with space for two tandem vehicles, plus street parking available right in front of the condo. Other things to note Please note that this is a basement unit in a four plex. It still has huge windows and a ton of light. There are 6 stairs to walk down that are outside. Also there is one tenant above you, but she is very quiet and considerate. She is aware there are guests below. She even has headphones to watch TV. We have never received a complaint about noise, the stairs, or it feeling too dark.
