The space Located directly on Springhill Beach and nestled between Cape Cod Bay and a serene salt marsh, our oceanfront beachfront home offers three spacious floors of comfort and relaxation. Upon entering the home, you'll find two bedrooms. One bedroom features two separate twin beds, while the other has a twin bed and a twin trundle. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer & dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with window AC units and fans. The middle floor offers an open-concept kitchen and living area. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed (window unit AC) and a full bathroom with a tub. The main living area is perfect for game nights at the kitchen table or watching a movie on the leather couches with the ceiling fans keeping the floor cool, and not to mention, a landscape view of the ocean! Double sliding doors lead to the back deck where you can relax for cocktail hour at the table, grill, and watch the sunset. The top level features a spacious master suite with a cozy queen bed and a private full bathroom, complete with a stand-up shower. Stay cool with a window AC unit in the bathroom, along with ceiling and standing fans for added comfort. Step through the sliding glass door onto your own private porch and take in the stunning ocean views. We can't wait to host you!
