A king in the bedroom, and a Queen in the livingroom. Full kitchen. Kitchen is open to living room and tv is huge so one can be cooking and watching a movie. The bathroom is all stone with shower and tub and there is also a beach shower. I like to meet guests after they have checked in to insure they only have the number of guests booked , know how to park correctly, care for the house, and that they promise to drive very slowly on our street. Also they do not wear shoes in our house Quiet owner occupied on all sides. We need to have quiet respectful people only. This is the main part of a divided house. It is private and not sharing anything but close to other units. Only for 2 quiet respectful adults. Bike or walk to beaches Parking for one medium size car only. No loud mustangs, or huge SUV, or larger trucks Not the only unit on the property . No huge or loud vehicles. Please NO Mustang convertibles or similar CAMERO . No smoking OR shoes in house . No additional cars or visitors to property without permission.
