This is a private room with a shared bathroom, ideally located in downtown Kailua-Kona. Our property is perfect for remote workers and travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay. Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, a refrigerator in the room, a kitchen, an outdoor barbecue, and all common areas during their stay. Our property has an ocean view and is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The space Our property is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. We have onsite guest parking, however most stores and restaurants are a short walk from the property. A portion of our property is dedicated to vacation rentals, while the other half is a hostel. Guests can have as private or interactive of an experience as they would like, as there are many common areas on our property for guests to mingle or enjoy time by themselves. Guest access Guests have full access to the kitchen, barbecue, common areas, coin operated laundry, parking, and multiple bathrooms onsite. No outside guests are allowed on the property.
