Nestled in a calm, quiet, low traffic area just along the Mighty Mississippi River. You can sit and gaze at the river all day, watch the beautiful sunset or visit charming Downtown Leclaire just minutes away. Locals and visitors alike love to visit all the cute shops, unique restaurants and local breweries! The space 2 well appointed bedrooms, a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating, updated kitchen and bath. For the remainder of the 2024 season the boat dock has been removed due to high waters in July. The wifi password is on your check in sheet in the kitchen. The firepit is located in the tub on the river patio area. Other things to note The dock will not be on the water. There is a nice patio/parking area to sit along the river and enjoy the breeze!
