The space The guest house is a garden apartment on the lower level of a single family home, and the owner and family live on the upper two floors of this newly-remodeled, vintage 1940s home. We would like you to feel right at home during your stay at the Garden City Guest House and will do whatever we can to ensure your visit is relaxing and memorable. This guest house accommodates up to four people comfortably - with one queen size bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the the living room. This walkout garden apartment feels like home. • Distinctive separate entry • Descend nine steps to a 100-square-foot private patio • Private garden area with shaded seating and BBQ grill • Free off-street parking and pathways well lit for safety and convenience • Insulated windows accented by stylish mahogany trim provide lots of light Guest access The guest house has been thoughtfully furnished and stocked with many family-friendly touches of home to create a healthy and peaceful environment for your stay. Bedroom: queen-size bed, bedside tables, shelves, and a five-drawer dresser inside a spacious walk-in closet. Living room: seating, dining table & chairs, television, couch folds out into a queen-size sleeper bed. Full bathroom: tub and tiled shower, ultra quiet bath fan, and washer/dryer; all linens provided. Kitchen: stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a full-size smooth-top electric cookstove and (optional) convection oven, a “silent” dishwasher, and a French-door refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser. You’ll also find a microwave, coffee maker, Keurig and K-cups, blender, toaster, and many other features to make your dining-in experience easy and convenient.
