The first queen bedroom ensures maximum privacy with two locking doors and direct access to a full bathroom. Additional luxury roll-away beds available for the living room accommodate extra guests without compromising space or comfort. The open-concept kitchen and living area are ideal for gathering, equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Guest access PROPERTY AMENITIES: Please keep in mind that as our guest you are free to use any available amenities, however the building management reserves the right to control access to those amenities. All amenities are located on the 5th floor. There is an outside lounge/deck area, a small indoor lounge area, and a small area with fitness equipment. We kindly ask that you respect any posted rules and specific hours. And a reminder, NO PARTIES anywhere on the property and quiet time is 10pm until 8am. Other things to note For parking, you have two convenient options: 1. Street Parking: Available from 8 AM to 7 PM, payable by the hour. Please note, street parking is free on Sundays. 2. Parking Garage: Located next door at 310 Carondelet St. (Ez Park), with a daily rate of approximately $28. Provided in Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, some cooking supplies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, light bulbs, and dish soap. Provided in Bathrooms: Bath and hand towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and one hairdryer. Provided in Bedrooms: Linens, comforter, and blanket. Linens for both roll-away beds will be available in the bedroom closet. Provided in Laundry: Laundry soap, dryer sheets, clothes iron, and ironing board. Child items provided when requested in advance: "pack n play" crib, high chair, and child utensils. *Extra supplies may be found in lower cabinets or the supply closet.
