Welcome to the home of Neil & Mahi. We moved from the hustle & bustle of NYC to the peace and quiet of beautiful Marlborough and we rent out our home when we are away. Marlborough offers many historical places to visit nearby including the Wayside Inn and Walden Pond. There are also several great hiking trails in the area and in the summer Memorial Beach is a joy! The house is about a 40 min drive to Boston (including Logan airport), 1 hour to Providence, RI and 45 mins to New Hampshire too. The space The downstairs is open-concept. It includes a half bath, the dining room, the kitchen and the living room which has a natural gas fireplace. The first floor also features a walkout deck which leads down to the fenced-in backyard. The upstairs includes 4 rooms. 1) the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite master bathroom 2) a second bedroom with a full size-bed and, a TV and a desk 3) a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a desk. 4) a separate full bathroom Guest access The front door has a keypad and you will be given a personalized code.
