Larger boats, skiffs, paddle boards and various other water gear can rented and delivered to the waterfront or bring your own boat ( size restrictions may apply please inquire). Families will enjoy the multiple decks, expansive waterfront bluestone patio area with outdoor dining grill area and fire pit, all with spectacular waterviews. This fantastic waterfront home on the lagoon has been newly furnished, features a spectacular Chef's Kitchen, has premium hardwood and tile floors in the main and lower levels and all new lighting main and lower levels. This spacious vacation home, is perfect for large families and couples alike looking to kick back and enjoy all this premium home and waterfront location have to offer. This 4000 sq. ft. home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a large open living kitchen and dining area on the 2nd level opening to the wrap around deck and the spectacular views. There is an additional large family room with media area and 65” TV on the lower level. This level again has beautiful waterviews. Walls of glass sliders lead out to the beach, dock and bluestone patio areas. The chef’s kitchen features all new high end cabinetry and Viking appliances and a large center prep island with breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining area boasts nothing but waterviews and the dining table will seats 10( not shown in photos). The views from within and out are outstanding and from the decks and patio, magnificent and peaceful. Water activities right off of your private dock and beach area, swim, kayak, paddle board or just relax. Evenings under the stars on the patio, dock, patio and decks. There are 6 bedrooms on three levels. The grand master suite with king bed is located on the main living level, is privately situated and features sliders to a private deck from which to enjoy the lagoon views and hosts a spa bath with dual vanities, all glass step in shower and a soaking tub. Just outside of the master bedroom is an office area from which to get a little work done (hopefully you don't have to work) while enjoying the spectacular view up the lagoon. The 2nd guest master with queen bed is also en suite and located on the first level. The 2nd level has three bedrooms all beautifully decorated two with two single beds each and the 3rd a queen bed. These rooms share a newly refinished hall bathroom. This level also has a small cove with TV for the kids play station or X-box. Bedroom 6 is located on the lower walk out entertainment level, has French doors for privacy and uses the full bath located on this level. A mooring is provided for you to tie your boat up. It has a 12 foot draw or you can tie your boat to the dock (4 feet draw). This perfect vacation home is set on a quiet finger peninsula on the Lagoon. Location is just a 15 minute walk to the Vineyard Haven town center where you will find, boutique shops, all manner of gift and house wares shops, a variety of restaurants, ice cream shops and movie theaters. Grocery stores and fish market are located just a mile from the house.
