Only 7 miles from Hammond Louisiana. 1 hour from Baton Rouge or New Orleans. Southeastern Louisiana University is only one exit away. We are located a couple miles off of Interstate 55 at exit 36 (Tickfaw) 1. No parties are allowed. 2. Do not move the furniture. 3. Do not park on the grass. 4. Quiet after 10pm. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
