The Yellowstone

This apartment looks like a home in a peaceful central location, close to a park and Coffee house. The home is newly remodeled with advanced Ductless Central Heat and Air Conditioning and a new large bathroom. The Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, coffee and juice. You have a spacious living room, Wi-Fi, Dish Network & streaming TV, recliner, couch and designed work desk. The two bedrooms have large closets and comfy beds. You have access to outdoor patio, screen porch and grills. The space Bedroom #! has a queen sized bed with a large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a double bed with a standard size closet. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with pots and pans, coffee and juice. The oven and refrigerator are new and have no wear and are ready for your use. The bathroom is rather large and completely remodeled with a new glass door shower and plenty of sink area. When in use turn on all the switches on the outside shower wall and above the sink for maximum light and ventilation. In so doing, you won't fog up your mirrors. In your bathroom is the rear exit. If you go out that door down the hall and turn left down the steps, you can exit to a screen porch that is equipped with a table, chairs and lamp. This is ideal for a bug free environment and enjoying the night air. Out the screen door are steps down to the patio area. We do not recommend using those steps in the winter as it could be slippery. Guest access there is a keyless lock system on both the front and back doors. You will receive the code prior to your arrival and it is the same for both doors. If you don't get it open on your initial attempts, push the reset button and start over Other things to note The Central Air conditioning and Heating is provided with an advanced Ductless System with units and remotes all around the apartment. Even though you do have radiators, they are not functioning because they are noisy and can keep you awake. They will soon become functional shelves.
