I replaced an A/C Decemeber 2024. I upgraded the beach gear December 2024. The master has 1 California King The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds The sleeper sofa in the living room has a Queen size bed. Each time I clean the condo I strip the beds and pillows, including the comforters, also including the protectors so each new guests has completely new bedding. I also wash the covers of the decorative pillows, and the throw blanket between each guest. I shampoo the sofa a minimum of monthly, and I shampoo the outdoor furniture more than once a month. My unit is located on a corner of two roads which makes it to where you can hear some road noise. Owning this unit since 2020 and having had lots of feedback, it doesn't seems to be an issue for most of my guests. I think it is important to know when you are selecting a property so that you are informed. I love taking care of my condo, and I replace items, or add items as needed. I also try to incorporate anything to make it more comfortable according to feedback from my guests. Guest access This unit is on the 4th floor, and there are stairs, and an elevator to make it easy to get to it. Once you are in the unit, you have your own personal condo to enjoy! With two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an incredible kitchen and living area while staring out at the beautiful ocean and sunset. The covered private lanai is a favorite spot to lounge.
