Very easy going household here located in an HOA and right next to an elementary! There are three dogs that live downstairs away from your living area that you may see prancing around in the backyard from time to time but you don't need worry about interacting with them if you're not a dog person! Very close to an amusement/water park, outlet mall, Bass Pro Shop, and a horse track/casino. The space The house offers filtered water right from the main water line so all faucets/showers have soft, filtered water which is super nice considering the water quality in Des Moines. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, garage, and backyard. During your stay I will be available in person or via cellphone if you need anything during your stay as I live on property. Other things to note If you bring your own dog, they need to not be an excessive barker as there are other people that live here. This is non-negotiable. If there are complaints from other tenants, something will need to be figured out. All pets must remain in your room or with you at all times. Avoid bringing them into common areas as much as possible as not everyone is comfortable around pets. If you wish to have your dogs use the backyard, we must setup a meet and greet prior to doing so as the other dogs that live in the basement come and go from there. Your best option is to take your dog out the front door. You must pickup after your dog. This house is in an HOA and I will be notified if/when a neighbor notices you not picking up after them. I work from home and am happy to help look after your pets while you are gone at all however I do travel a lot for work so I can not guarantee this and that service is not a part of this rental.
