If we have to pick up dog poop in the yard we will charge a $100 fee. No Guest access Guest Access Guest access - Guests have full access to the entire upstairs home and the large, fully fenced backyard. - One cleaning closet is locked and not available for guest use. - A separate basement apartment has its own private entrance. It is available to rent in addition to the upstairs home if you need extra space. - If the basement apartment is not rented, it will remain unoccupied and will not be rented to other guests during your stay. - The owner lives out of town most of the time and is extremely quiet; on rare occasions when working in Missoula they may use the basement apartment. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property and we allow up to two dogs. Please note we do charge a one time $75 pet fee to cover extra cleaning cost.
