The space This bright and spacious 600 sq. ft. private 2 bed / 1 bath suite is part of a charming Victorian home and offers its own private entrance at the front of the house. Enjoy sunny rooms, high ceilings, and thoughtful details throughout. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, beautiful cedar closets, and dedicated workspace areas—perfect for remote work or study. The large 250 sq. ft. bedroom includes a comfortable sitting area and can also be used as a living room. The suite also offers a bathroom with a full-size tub, a private sitting area with a small kitchenette, and your own private porch—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. You’ll have unlimited access to a fully stocked kitchen located right next to your unit, for your exclusive use during your stay. It includes your own full-size refrigerator, cookware, and pantry essentials. While it’s listed as “shared” (due to no dividing wall from my space), I will not be using it during your stay. Stay connected with strong Wi-Fi, unwind with Roku TV, or browse the collection of interesting books provided. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, and pantry basics (oil, spices, sugar, etc.) to make you feel right at home. Guest access The suite is on the second floor. You will access the suite via the private entrance at the front of the house. Other things to note I live in the other part of the house and access my place via the different site entrance. You may come across some lovely reviews about our cat who used to live in the house last year. While he was a beloved part of the home, he has since moved happily to my son Alex’s place—so you won’t be meeting him during your stay.
