The Half Pint Lake House - serenity near the lake!

The Half Pint Lake House is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood one block off of Clear Lake and a short 5 minutes walk to State Beach Park. We purchased and renovated the home for guest and families to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Clear Lake as we have with our family through four generations! Bring your beach towel and picnic basket and enjoy a day at the beach! The space Although the house is small, the rooms are all nicely sized. The kitchen was renovated in 2020 with all new smart appliances including a gas range. The kitchen island and kitchen table were custom built from reclaimed Iowa barn wood and the table extends with a leaf. Guest access Plenty of parking in the two car driveway (we have things stored in the garage) and on the street. Other things to note Please note that the laundry is accessed through the garage in the basement so you will have to use stairs if you want to use the laundry.
