As well as skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort and swimming at Whitefish City Beach.  10 miles from West Glacier at Glacier National Park. We always recommend a four wheel drive vehicle for driving in Montana in the winter months, however any car will work in the warmer months. The property sits above the Flathead River and has amazing views but also a very steep bank down to the river and therefore cannot be accessed from the property. There are several river access points very nearby and the river is wonderful for floating or fly fishing (get a local fishing license at Sportsmans or Snappy Sporting Goods)!
