There are 3 queen beds in 3 separate bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms also have an additional twin bed for a total of 5 beds. 2 full bathrooms with tubs and shower. Brand new wash/dryer. This is a special place to celebrate with friends and family while in Bozeman. The east facing front yard has a picnic table for morning coffee and the backyard houses the cottage and a super private, delightful, mature landscaped backyard. The backyard porch provides cover from all seasons and big, beautiful flower pots adorn the outdoor sitting areas. BBQ is available under the porch. Bonfire pit and plenty of wood is added to make the backyard one of the gems of this space! A big dinner table (seats up to 10), open to the kitchen with a bar and stools connect kitchen/dining. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with high-quality appliances, spices, baking supplies, coffee grinder, even including a Vitamix! You can cook a holiday meal here, and serve it in style! The entryway is very functional for a Northern Rockies environment! A long bench, with a place to put shoes, hats, gloves, and loads of hooks above… For wet jackets, helmets, ski packs, etc. there is also an obvious place to put skis inside the front door. I have decked the house with 3 town bikes that are available for your use and a couple snow sleds for the kids if you visit during the winter. There is a healthy game cabinet with the basics, like Scrabble, Bananagrams, Monopoly, cribbage, Jenga, even Twister! The park across the street is a great place for kickball or a frisbee game, or just a place for the kids to run around with some playground equipment available also. Driveway parking spot and loads of parking on the street available conveniently because of the park across the street .
