Fully-stocked kitchen. Dog door and fully fenced backyard for your canine companion! Awesome deck in the private backyard complete with a bar and gas grill. Guest access You will have access to the entire main floor of the house, and the private backyard. Plenty of off-street parking in the paved driveway. PLEASE NOTE: We have great long-term renters living in the completely separate downstairs apartment so please be respectful. The heat/AC system is for the full house, so your thermostat controls the climate in the basement apartment as well. We have not had any issues as long as the thermostat is set at a reasonable temperature. Other things to note Cat allergies? We do not have or allow cats. However, the renters in the basement have one and we share the ventilation system. People with mild cat allergies report no issues.
