We are centrally located between Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty! 4 miles from The University of Iowa Hospitals and Kinnick Stadium and 1 mile from Green State Extreme Arena and a mile from Interstate 80. The apartment is in the basement of our home, and so stairs are involved. The apartment has a full kichen with some dishes and silverware, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot. There is also a microwave, oven,stove,dishwasher and fridge freezer with ice maker. We have a separate listing of a one bedroom with an en suite bath across the hall with a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker if not planning on cooking. If you want to book both listings for 4 people, please see the calendar for availability. We have a washer and dryer available for use and so please provide your own detergent for this. We also have recycling containers in garage for paper, plastic, cans and cardboard. Thanks! We live in the upper level of the home with our 1 dog,Bella, and Mike's office near the front door. You can call or text anytime for help. If ordering food delivery, please meet them in the driveway, via the garage, for pick up, rather than our front door. We live in a culdesac with just 4 other families and many young families in this neighborhood. The apartment looks out into our backyard and the Dovetail recreation pond and walking trail. We have a bit of incline out of the culdesac and so during slick/Snowy days it can be a challenge to get out but can help with that and do all the shoveling and yard work throughout the year. We love our home and neighborhood and hope you will find it peaceful and nice! Having your own vehicle works best as this is a residential neighborhood and no bus stops. Uber or lyft available in Iowa City/Coralville, so I can call them if they do not want to drive. Iowa City and Coralville has bus depots that have a bus called 380 express that travel to Cedar Rapids daily. We live in the home on the upper level too, so we will be here for any questions or issues as they arise. Mike works from home in his office as a draftsperson designing homes and remodels. I, Eileen, have my cleaning business Eileen Queen of Clean LLC and so in and out during the day.
