You will have your own parking, private entrance and bathroom. There are no shared areas. You might see us in the courtyard tending to the garden or fish pond, but other than that you will have all the privacy you want. Super comfortable bed, fully furnished with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Private bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the spacious courtyard, the large bedroom bathroom. The courtyard has plenty of mood lighting and an obvious butterfly theme. We are a monarch butterfly way station and have lots of butterfly friendly plants in the fully fenced yard During your stay We stay on the other side of the house. Your space is several rooms and doors on the opposite side. We often text or message our guests and we appreciate prompt replies. We offer laundry service as well for 2$ per pound, clean and folded. Other things to note There is a 40’ wood walkway 32” wide from the parking spot to the front door. No stairs. We do have a very friendly standard schnauzer who loves to greet people, but you will most likely not see or hear him. If you do, his name is Nugent and loves to chase balls and frisbees. This breed is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He loves all other animals
