WiFi, workspace, laundry, smart TV and air conditioning. It can be difficult to secure a ferry res for your car when planning last minute trips in summer. May we suggest renting a bicycle or use a taxi/ride-share service. The space This space is bright and open with vaulted ceilings, french doors, and lots of windows. Newly-finished and immaculately clean. Black-out curtains on the windows and a white-noise machine. TV is compatible with streaming services; no cable. Property does not have child safety features and children 2-12 are not permitted as guests. However, infants that are not crawling or walking are welcome. Guest access Dedicated off-street parking. Public bus stop is 0.6 miles away. Easy to get around on bikes. Other things to note We recommend making bookings for local restaurants before you arrive. During the busy summer months they book up well in advance. We're happy to make suggestions. We do love dogs and had a small, hypo-allergenic dog until last year when she passed. However, we have family members with dog allergies thus have a "no pet" policy. Additionally, our family member with allergies also has asthma. We have a "no smoking" of any kind inside or outside on the property policy. We appreciate your understanding with these rules. We follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
