This 2bed, 2bath apartment with laundry in building is located in the heart of the Financial District, just a 3 minute walk to Public Transportation.  Large windows let in lots of light! Fully stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a basic meal.  The unit is accessible by self-check-in via our smart lock system.   Its a 10 min trip to Mass General Hospital by car or Public Transportation and the walk is about 20 minutes. The space This two bedroom apartment is on the 7th floor of a 100 year old Boston building. It's classic character may not appeal to those seeking high luxury, however we keep it clean and functioning all year long. An Additional Queen sized air mattress can be added for an additional cost Our furnishings are clean and comfortable. Each unit has access to a public coin-operated Laundry room located on a few of the floors within the building. Guest access Your entire apartment is yours and yours alone. Only the entryway, hallways, laundry rooms are shared areas. Other things to note The building is accessible via keypad. Your unit is accessible via keypad. Also, due to this central downtown location, we want to add a disclaimer that you may hear any of the following city noises - nightlife, construction, traffic. While we provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. We do not provide salt, pepper, oil, tea or coffee. Please note that while the building does have an elevator, it is not consistently reliable and is occasionally out of service. For this reason, we have chosen not to list it as an amenity. We kindly advise guests to take this into consideration when making their reservation. Heating & Hot Water Information (Please Read): Our building operates on a centralized boiler system, which is common in many historic Boston properties. Because of this, heat and hot water are shared building-wide and may fluctuate slightly during periods of heavy usage. If the heat or hot water ever feels cooler than expected, it typically stabilizes within a short period of time. Running multiple high-demand appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, long showers) at the same time can temporarily affect performance, so spacing these out helps ensure consistent comfort for everyone in the building. We maintain temperatures in line with Boston housing standards and typical winter living conditions. For guests visiting from warmer climates, please note that indoor winter temperatures in Boston are generally kept at moderate, energy-efficient levels rather than tropical settings.
