This home is close to ULL, ballparks, hospitals, restaurants & entertainment, making it the ideal place to call home for your trip to Lafayette. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, & plenty of pots and pans. You’re sure to experience the best hospitality and charm while staying here! The space Our home has 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. You will even find a toaster, blender and a drip coffee pot! You will have enough coffee, breakfast bars, water, paper towels and toilet paper to get your stay started! Our dining table seats six and you can enjoy the view of our secluded patio area while eating your meals. The living room is spacious and has a ROKU TV where you can stream your favorite shows. The laundry room is tiny but offers a Speed Queen washer and a dryer. If you are staying more than a week, you will find extra cleaning supplies in this room. Each bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combo, washrags, towels and toiletries. You will also find extra blankets and pillows in the closets for your added comfort. All we need is you! Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy except for the supply closet located in the primary bedroom. There is a walk-in closet in the primary bathroom with plenty of room to store your belongings. Each bedroom has bedside lamps equipped with charger plug-ins for cellphones and other electronics. The patio area and fenced-in back yard is accessible through the double doors in the dining room. Other things to note We really just have a few simple rules: If you are the one who books our place, you must stay there unless you have our written permission to do otherwise. No smoking of any kind or vaping inside. No pets. No parties or events. And please respect that checkout is by 11 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. *REMINDER* Our home is not to be used as a party space. A $75 extra charge will be submitted and a mandatory payment of $35 per person over our 6 person limit will be charged if caught. Outdoor cameras on site.
