This is our personal newly built family home that we are renting out while we travel for the summer or the holidays. The space Located on the northeast side of the island in Hauula. In a small beachfront community with just a handful of other homes. Just a short walk to the ocean. Entry level is the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook meals at the house if you choose. Brand new Samsung appliances, big farmhouse sink with touch faucet, filtered drinking water and large island. Round dining table great for family dinners or card playing. Living room has leather sectional couch, coffee table and two arm chairs. Head upstairs to find a cozy family room with large couch, comfy electric recliner and Smart TV with lots of streaming options. Large laundry room with brand new washer and dryer and folding counter right off family room. Down the hallway to the bedrooms. •Bedroom 1 has a king bed. •Bedroom 2 has two twin bed trundles (so 4 twin beds total). •Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunkbed, and views of the mountains from the window. • Bedroom 4 has a full bed and a crib, and a view of the ocean from the window. Large Bathroom in the middle of these four bedrooms with full tub/shower on adjustable arm, double vanity and plenty of closet space. Master bedroom is on the other side of the upstairs family room. Spacious room with king bed, desk with chair, and private lanai looking out to the ocean with a comfy egg chair (perfect for watching the sunrise!) Large master bathroom with double vanity, deep soaking tub and huge double head walk-in shower with bench. Back downstairs is a large patio out the sliding glass door with a large propane bbq grill, two picnic tables with large umbrella for outdoor dining, and our trampoline in the yard (use at your own risk). Large common grass area and a nice walkway down to the ocean. Guest access Keypad on front door so no hassle with keeping track of keys. Garage will be locked off, but driveway has ample space for parking two cars. Other things to note Rental Term: Pursuant to local laws, your rental term is thirty days regardless of your actual length of stay (you don't have to stay all 30 days). Rates and minimum stay requirements are based on a thirty-day rental term, regardless of whether a quote displays the monthly rate as a nightly rate that suggests this property can be rented for a shorter period. Dates described as "Check in", "Check out", "Arrival", "Departure" or similar terms anywhere on this site or in any communications, indicate dates of occupancy, not an advertised rental term. Guest Agreement: To remain compliant with local laws and regulations, a signed agreement is needed before staying at the property. We want to make your stay with us as smooth as possible, so after you book we'll ask you to sign a guest agreement and provide photo ID for verification. It outlines all of our rules, terms and conditions. You may ask to view the agreement before booking if you have any questions. For clarification purposes, we want to emphasize that booking this property signifies your acceptance of the terms outlined in the agreement (regardless of whether you view or sign it) and non-compliance with its rules may disqualify you for a full or partial refund.
