The main house was built in 2020 and is connected to a private guest house, that can not be entered from the main house. This comfortable @StayatLost home, features 3b/2b with an open floor plan. Our setting is classic Montana with 360 degree mountain views, and star filled skies at night. The perfect basecamp to your Yellowstone adventure (45 mins) or the charming town of Livingston (20 mins). World class fly fishing on the Yellowstone River, or a quick hike. This is a modern rustic vacation home that spares no expense in leveraging this spectacular location with stellar views of the Absaroka, Bridger, and Crazy Mountains, radiant heated floors, and cozy energy with a fireplace in the centered in the floor plan. LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM: The living room is complete with a 65" TV, and comfortable seating area with large dining room table that seats 8. This space is open, and perfect for entertaining.KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal and a buffet breakfast, and more! Several coffee options including a Keurig, press, and standard coffee machine. MAIN BEDROOM: The master suite offers a memory foam king size bed that's hard to get out of in the mornings while you're looking at the incredible views. Plus a sitting area with the perfect spot for morning coffee or a good read. Beautiful master bathroom attached including a stand alone tub, that is perfect for end of the day soaking!GUEST ROOM 1: The main guest room also features a memory foam king size bed, with a small seating area in a warm, soft space. There is another full bath directly across the hallway that is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.GUEST ROOM 2/OFFICE: The second guest room is outfitted with a twin size window seat and a full size fold-out Murphy bed leaving room for a work space desk. The bed is easy to pull in and out as needed during your stay. The perfect space to work, and we do have wi-fi! Ideally this space would comfortable sleep children, or 1-2 people. LAUNDRY ROOM/MUDROOM: This does have a full-size washer and dryer that is fully stocked along with space to drop your dirty hiking boots after a long day of adventures!OUTDOOR: There is a shared fire pit, plus a private fire put for the main house only. We also have a private BBQ grilling area for just the main house. Our neighbors are friendly, but please try your best to stay on our own property while walking around and exploring the 20 acres. The cabin has a canister of bear spray, a small cooler, binoculars and maps of the local area including Yellowstone Park. We know our floors may appear dirty when they aren’t, we are aware that the rustic look isn’t for everyone. Please know, we do clean the floors but they do have their own unfinished vibe that makes them look ugly when they aren’t! Parking is available in front of the home with an additional entrance into the mudroom on the side of the home with smart locks preprogrammed for each guest make contactless access easy and painless. Due to the guest house, we do prefer you park in front of the main door, and not the mudroom. If another vehicle is on the property- it is easier access for both parties. Note: the road leading into the property is bumpy. While any vehicle can make it to the home an SUV is recommended, and much more comfortable. During the winter months snow is a guarantee and 4WD is mandatory. Typically I will not be onsite however I am available by phone if needed WARNING- The Property sit on 20 acres of open prairie near the end of a 3-mile dirt road (SUV suggested but not required); 10-15 minute drive. The drive is bumpy for a low clearance vehicle, it is a dirt road. Yellowstone is a short 45 min drive, Bozeman 45 min drive, Livingston a short 20 min drive, and the infamous Pioneer Saloon 15 min drive. Please note, we are in the mountains- this means some bugs, dirt, and weather conditions that may cause our space to be dusty or buggy depending on the season. We try our best to remedy this to the best of our ability. Please excuse the outdoors, and be patient with us as we can’t always foresee these conditions. There is also a 1BR/1BA Guest House available, and it is connected to this Home with a separate entrance for privacy located on the complete opposite side of the Main House. You can not access the Guest House through the Main House or vice versa . We will have (3) additional cabins on the property available as well. This still gives you privacy, but there may be other guests on the property at the same time. Please note, that while there is privacy we have other on-premise rentals.
