Private Room in a huge 5-bed, 3-bath clean and quiet apartment in the safe and nice neighborhood of Jersey City Heights. The unit has a washer & dryer, and all new appliances. The bathrooms are very clean, and WIFI is available throughout. The apartment is equipped with a central cooling/heating system. For LONGTERM stays only (over 28 days)!! The space The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils.. Digital door locks allow each person to come and go as they please without coordinating key exchange. High-speed WiFi is available. On the ground floor level, there is an extra common area sharing space. Guest access The guest has access to his private room and is sharing a kitchen with the other guests. There are 3 full bathrooms in the apartment and it is a single occupancy per room so number of guests is never over 5. Other things to note For LONGTERM stays only (over 28 days)!!
