Everything is walking distance. If you plan on having a rental car (recommended to explore the less touristy parts of Hawaii), my condo comes with a free reserved covered parking for up to a mid-sized car. -There are also coin operated W/D machines dedicated for our building in our private parking lot. Other things to note - If you plan on renting a car, our stall will fit up to a mid-size car or compact SUV. Private parking is included with your reservation and is located conveniently below your unit. The smaller the car, the easier it will be to park, as our parking stall is in a very prime location with tighter spaces. That being said, we've had several guests book cars as large as Jeep Wranglers (very popular) with no problem, but a compact car is recommended for ease of access. - Price paid to Airbnb is your final and only price for your stay, which includes your reserved parking and all taxes. There are no surprise "resort fees" nor are there any other fees collected during your stay (unless you choose to utilize baggage storage services) - Curious about noise? You are in the center of Waikiki, so it's expected there will be some street noise. However, luckily our condo faces a much quieter side street and our black out curtains should alleviate any noise concerns you may have. As an extra bonus, I also provide ear plugs for those who may be anxious of their noise sensitivity :). And lastly, we have a resident manager on-site who monitors any loud noises coming from within the building after hours - Due to the limited space in the unit & in the spirit of ensuring a comfortable stay for you, we limit reservations to no more than 2 adults. However, families are welcome, but we do not provide cribs nor high chairs - My condo is a legal rental. Hawaii is cracking down on illegal rentals forcing last minute cancellations to guests who have hosts operating an illegal stay.
