The space The house has had many major improvements to best serve guests. In particular, there is a newly renovated family room that is closing in on being a separate efficiency apartment. It features a queen bed, brand new full-size second bathroom. There is also a new full-size window window added to let in plenty of air and light. The family room also comes with a couch, 50" television, and a magical expandable table for games, puzzles, etc. The living room, off the fully supplied kitchen, is comfortably set up for conversation, or, for watching the high quality 55" television. The master bedroom has a new adjustable queen bed which is perfect for watching the 50" television. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, a perfect place for the kids, with a smaller television (DVD only) The front of the house has a circular driveway for plenty of parking - which makes it easy to get a smaller boat/trailer in and out. As mentioned above, a few years ago, an entirely separate one bedroom mother-in-law suite was added to the house - literally doubling the square footage of the house. Both sides have separate entrances, their own kitchens, bathrooms, washer/dryers, etc. Both can be rented for larger families needing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, etc. Please email or text me if you are interested in both sides. Guest access The house is just a few miles from from downtown Falmouth. There are beaches and great places everywhere. The house has a very nice fenced in backyard with a gas grill. Croquet anyone? Other things to note The house comes with sheets, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, super grill, w/d, a/c, a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, and some toys for the beach.
