Welcome to our peaceful sanctuary with beautiful views of distant rolling hills and mountain views. Come to relax or come to explore all of the Berkshires activities. Get active w/ the many hiking trails, charming towns, arts and performances and a year-round ski resort for outdoor fun. Mt Greylock, Ramblewild Adventures, Mass MoCA, Tanglewood, Jiminy Peak for a great Berkshires experience. This house is the ultimate retreat for relaxation after exploring all of Berkshires best! The space Our space boasts comfort and modern-living. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in you, a dining room w/ a long table so you can sit comfortably and take your time to enjoy your meals. The kitchen is stocked with most cooking equipment needed as well as spices, oil, coffee (Nespresso pods and Keurig pods but not coffee beans, however, there is a pot coffee-maker machine for you to use), teas, and creamery. In the warmer months, there is an outdoor patio where chairs and tables are laid out for you to sit and enjoy the view as well as a BBQ grill w/ a table bar next to it. Please keep the area clean after use b/c of the wild life in the area. Thank you. Living room has a TV and is equipped with a Fire TV stick (you just need to log in with your Amazon account to access all the apps). A washer and dryer in the laundry room so you can travel light and there is an office to catch up on some remote work while away. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. There are three large bedrooms, all with king size beds. All bedrooms have device chargers by the bedsides for your convenience. There is an air mattress (in 2nd level closet) and a portable futon (in 1st floor office) should you need the extra beds. The Master bedroom is on the lower level, has a crib, dresser and TV (also with Fire TV stick) . Master bathroom has a jacuzzi and walk-in closet. The room opens out into the patio to the backyard. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms separated by an open area with 2 lounge sofas overlooking down into the living room, and a full-sized bathroom. Please note that the railing is about 3 feet high; please refrain from playing or leaning against the railing (young children should be supervised at all times). *Guests do not have access to the basement level. *6 Guests max for your comfort. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and not meant to be a party house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the basement and the owner's closet located in the master bathroom. Other things to note *Disclosure: There are 2 Ring cameras on the property exterior- 1 doorbell camera at the front main door and the 2nd is above the garage door outside. These are in placed for your safety only and not to be monitored during your stay. The garage can park two cars and plenty of parking on the driveway. There is a Tesla wall charger for you to use if needed. Please note that the house is located in a rural small town and unexpected occurrences can happen due to Mother Nature' surprises. Sometimes there may be power outages due to rain and snow storms, and the town will do their best to get the power back as soon as they can. We are on well-water and septic which relies on these resources. We seek your understanding when that time comes. Thank you.
