The space This perfectly located unit offers a front porch, and a fenced in backyard. On the main level, enjoy a living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen, all with an open floor plan. As well as a full bathroom and laundry room. The 2nd level offers 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms: 1 king suite (with private full bath), another bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and a large full bathroom. The living room has a full sized pull out couch. Guest access Enjoy the stylish living room, cozy up with your guests in the family room, or have a family dinner at the table in the dining room. Have late nights around the fire pit in the backyard or breakfast on the front porch. The Basement and The Loft are separate, self-contained units. While they may be occupied during your stay, each has its own private entrance. Securely locked doors separate the spaces, ensuring maximum privacy for all guests. Other things to note Gym pass (punch card) is provided free of charge. The fully equipped gym is 1.5 miles away in Bradley Beach (about a 5 minute drive). All king and queen mattresses are made of memory foam or equipped with down alternative toppers for extra comfort. You will not have access to the basement and anyone in the basement apartment will not have access to the main house. The basement apartment has its own entrance and will not interfere with your stay.
