The space We are renting a 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo that is 1,156 square feet in size. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/ dryer. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the patio or balcony. The resort amenities are 2 outdoor swimming pools, picnic/BBQ area, 2 outdoor hot tubes, outdoor children's pool and exercise equipment. Other things to note The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99.00 CHANGE FEE. The resort requires a refundable security deposit at check in of $250.00. The security deposit is refunded to you upon check out. Also, the Kona Hawaiian collects a Hawaii occupancy tax of $13.47 per day that is paid directly to the resort. Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing.
