Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process. ** A signed lease is REQUIRED for booking ** The space Property is managed by Century 21 Gilmartin & Company, Cape May. **PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE LISTING** for important details about your rental and helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, etc. AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, cleaning products - oil, salt & pepper - automatic drip coffee maker - washer/dryer - off-street parking for up to two cars - gas grill SUPPLIES NOT PROVIDED Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee ( some guests may leave unused supplies behind as a courtesy) Bed sheets, Bath towels, Beach towels NOT provided SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 6 people. There are 4 bedrooms. First bedroom has full sized bed and 1/2 bath on lower level Second bedroom with a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a full size bottom and single on the top bunk. Fourth bedroom twin sized bunks with a full size futon. Shared full bath in the hallway ENTERTAINMENT There is a large smart tv in the living room. Please remember to log out of your devices when you check out! BEACH The beaches of the Delaware Bay are a short distance away and do not require tags. There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental does not provide beach tags. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. If you will be arriving after hours your bag will be hanging in our 24 hour kiosk set up in the parking lot. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. June-August7 night minimum COMMUNICATION Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide.
