Only one guest will be taken for Dec - Jan 2020/21. Runners, walkers and bikers paradise! 8 mins walk to either Grove station or Exchange Place station - it takes only 6 mins by path to downtown Manhattan and 15 mins to midtown Manhattan. Paulus Hook is one of the quietest, safest and most family friendly neighborhoods in Jersey City. There are beautiful views of Manhattan on the waterfront, also just 2 mins walk. You can even see closer views of the Statue of Liberty than from Manhattan. Liberty State Park is right around the corner, 1 minute walk away! We will provide clean towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, hairdryer, wifi, flat-screen TV for you. Enjoy free coffee and tea anytime! Guest access Guests can use the whole space except three closets. (You can hang clothes on coat racks.) The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and lots of counter space. You are free to use the utensils, cooking oil, salt, etc. We also provide an expresso machine and pods. The backyard is right outside the bedroom, and the apartment has a private access. After a tour of the city whole day, just grab a beer and sit outside to enjoy the breeze and sunshine in the quiet and cozy yard! What a wonderful day!
